Silkron of Dongkwang Pharm s a drug containing three active ingredients with three different effects including:

Betamethasone: is a synthetic substance of prednisolone, belongs to the group of corticosteroids, has anti-inflammatory effects through many mechanisms, so it inhibits the body’s allergic reaction. Betamethasone used topically is effective in the treatment of skin diseases thanks to its antipruritic, anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor effects.

Clotrimazol: is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent of the Imidazol family, used to treat fungal diseases of the skin. Clotrimazol works by inhibiting the synthesis of an essential substance in the fungal cell membrane, thereby preventing the formation and growth of fungi.

Gentamicin: is an antibiotic belonging to the aminoglycoside group of antibiotics. The drug works by blocking the formation of proteins for cells, so it has a bactericidal effect.
